Instalation of PsioMan
----------------------

On purpose there is till today no setup routine.

For instalation just place the unpacked  files in  a new empty subdirectory
or an existing directory of a previous installed version of PsioMan. To run 
this program you will need  VBRUN300.DLL  (the runtime version of Microsoft
Visual Basic 3.0).  All other files  are included.  You do not need to copy 
any files to the windows\system directory.

When updating from a  previous verison,  please replace  ALL files with the 
newer ones.  The Update  Zip file  contains only the  newer files  from its
direct preceeding version (1.0b -> 1.0a). 

Install the  Icon in your favourite  program manager  by using the commands
'File', 'New'.
